Welcome to RITTERS ALS HITTERS!
Dear FAMILY & FRIENDS.
We're participating in the 2017 ALS Walk for Life on SAUTURDAY SEPT 16 @ Soldier Field with TOM RITTER. We are walking because TOM was diagnosed with ALS 16 mos ago.
We chose to participate in this event because we WANT TO HELP RAISE FUNDS FOR ALS RESEARCH.
Additionally, since Tom's diagnosis last year, we have come to greatly appreciate the work of the Les Turner Foundation in providing the best possible care to Chicagoland area ALS patients and their families. Les Turner supports patients via Northwestern University Medical ALS Clinic & Research labs.
GRAB your sneakers and come on down and walk with us on Saturday September 16 @ Soldier Field! Join us on the RITTER's ALS HITTERS team.
The money raised through the Walk supports three full functioning research laboratories, each one providing hope of a future without ALS. And the funds support the Les Turner ALS Patient Center at Northwestern where PALS are seen by a multi-disciplinary clinical staff at the Lois Insolia ALS Clinic, ensuring no part of their disease goes unseen and untreated.
Join us as we Walk to find cause & treatment for ALS. Join us as we support all those afflicted with this disease.
Very Sincerely, Mary and Tom RITTER
