Help Rosemary's Dream Come True
Rosemary's Rowdies
In May 2005 my sister Rosemary was diagnosed with ALS. For the next 38 months, Rosemary fought a graceful and courageous battle against this devastating, debilitating and often degrading disease. By the time my sister died on August 3, 2008, she had been robbed of her ability to move her hands, arms and legs. Rosemary lost her capacity to utter not even a single word. She could not swallow, nor could she breath without the aid of a machine.
It was Rosemary's wish that nobody else would have to suffer from this devasting disease. I am walking to help make her dream come true.
