I am pleased to announce the Sterbis brothers are coming out of marathon retirement to raise money for a cause that was very important to Erin.  One of Erin’s many accomplishments and something she was very proud of was raising money for The Les Turner ALS Foundation Walk for Life in the fall of 2021.  With a disease that makes you feel so helpless at times, she felt accomplished in that she was truly making a difference by incredibly surpassing even her own fundraising goals.  My brother and I would like to carry on her fundraising efforts for this very important charity in her honor.

The Les Turner ALS Foundation is here to care for those affected by the disease, answer their questions and support them and their loved ones every step of their journey.

I am participating in the Bank of America Chicago Marathon as part of Team Race for ALS because I believe in the mission of the Les Turner ALS Foundation! I believe in providing the best possible care to people living with ALS and their families in the Chicagoland area and I believe that the funds we raise together will lead to a cure for ALS.
