In support of the ALS community and in memory of his father, Dr. Adam Szatkowski walks every year in the ALS Walk4Life with his family AND his Eagle Falls Dentistry family.

Our team, Team SZAT has been participating in the Les Turner ALS Walk4Life for over 20 years in the hopes that someday there is a cure for ALS and no family will have to experience life with ALS playing a role in it.

Team SZAT is participating in the 23rd annual ALS Walk for Life on Saturday, September 14th because we believe in the work of the Les Turner ALS Foundation, we believe in providing the best possible care to Chicagoland area ALS patients and families and we believe that the money we raise together will lead to finding the cure for ALS.

The walk begins outiside of Soldier Field in Chicago (1410 Special Olympics Dr, Chicago, IL 60605).

Check-in begins at 9:00, with the walk kicking off at 10:30.

The leisurely walk heads north for 1-mile and then returns to Soldier Field where we walk THROUGH THE STADIUM of Soldier Field.
